Do Any — Privacy Policy

Do Any (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a personal reminder app published by the Do Any team. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What data we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile photo

When you create a reminder in the app, the reminder content you type (title, notes, date, time, category, recurrence) is stored in our database so it can sync across your devices.

We do not collect:

• Your contacts
• Your messages or call logs
• Your location
• Your other apps or device files
• Any payment information

How we use your data

• Account identity (name, email, photo): so you can sign in and so the app can show you who is signed in.
• Reminder content: stored so it appears on every device you sign into and so the app can notify you at the right time.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Where your data is stored

• Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
• Reminder content is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under a per-user folder that only your signed-in account can read or write.

Both services are operated by Google and are subject to Google’s own privacy and security practices.

Notifications

When a reminder is due, the app shows a local notification on your device. Notifications are scheduled and shown by your device — not sent from a server — so the reminder text does not leave your device for this purpose.

Your choices

• Delete a reminder: open the reminder in the app and tap Delete. It is removed immediately from our database.
• Sign out: open Settings in the app and tap Sign out. Your reminders remain in your account; signing back in brings them back.
• Delete your account and all data: email us at the address below. We will delete your account, all your reminders, and all stored profile data within 30 days.

Children

Do Any is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed in, contact us and we will delete the account.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.
